Soft Gold Gelato

ingredients preparation

OR

  • 3000g
    hot water (70°-85°)

for pump machine

Preparation
Mix together with immersion blender for ± 2 mins. Cool down the gelato mix if necessary. Pour it into soft gelato machine for churning and serving.
