White chocolate and cranberry cookies

Ingredients Preparation
  • 125g
    butter
  • 100g
    light brown sugar
  • 125g
    caster sugar

Gently mix together on a machine the sugars with the butter until light and creamy.

  • 225g
    self-raising flour

Add in the flour.

  • 50g
    cranberries
  • 50g
    ground toasted almonds
  • 125g
    Great British White Chocolate

Add in the cranberries, roasted crushed almonds and white chocolate.

  • 50g
    eggs

Lastly add the egg to form a dough.

Roll into balls and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
