For the Almond Butter Rice Cereal Bars:

    unsalted butter
  • 100g
    Almond Butter - Natural Roasted - Six 6.5# cans
  • 10g
    vanilla
  • 175g
  • as neededAs needed
    Almond Brittle Crunch - 30# carton
  1. Combine the butter, almond butter, and vanilla in a large saucepan and warm until melted.
  2. Add the marshmallows and melt over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the rice cereal and press into a greased quarter sheet pan.
  4. Cut the rice cereal bars when cool; then dip in chocolate and garnish with American AlmondĀ® almond brittle crunch.
