Sable Viennois Pistachio



Ingredients Preparation
  • 285g
    pastry flour
  • 1g
  • 284g
  • 5g
    Vanilla Extract
  • 90g
    Granulated Pistachios
  1. Sift pastry flour and set aside. Add salt to mixture.
  2. On low speed, paddle pastry flour with butter and vanilla
  3. Add in granulated pistachios just till combined at the end
  4. Scoop and bake cookies at 325*F for about 8-12 minutes depending on size

  1. Sift together pistachio flour and confection sugar. 
  2. While the cookies are still warm, dust with flour/sugar mixture.
