Ingredients Preparation

    Granulated Sugar
  • 166g
    Brown Sugar
  • 150g
  • 1g
  • 154g
    Flour (toasted to 165F)
  • 4g
    Vanilla Extract
  • 60g
    Chocolate Chips
  1. Cream together the butter, sugars and salts until very light and fluffy.
  2. Sift the flour and then mix in the flour and vanilla until just combined.
  3. Add in the chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
  4. Spread the dough into a frame, refrigerate and cut into squares. Fill the center with a ganache and dip in Van Leer Shine Compound Coatings
