Peanut Butter Cookies

    Granulated Sugar
  • 454g
    Brown Sugar
  • 170g
  • 283g
  • 4g
    Baking Powder
  • 2g
    Baking Soda
  • 850g
    Peanut Butter
  • 680g
    All Purpose Flour
  • 258g
  1. Cream the butter, sugars and shortening on medium speed until very soft.
  2. Add in the peanut butter.
  3. Scrape down the bowl and add the dry ingredients
  4. Add the eggs last, slowly. Mix until homogenous.
  5. Scoop and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit until done.
  6. Once the cookies have been removed from the oven and cooled, dip and decorate with Van Leer Shine Compound Coatings as desired.
