Raspberry Chocolate Chip Scones

    All Purpose Flour
  • 3g
  • 10g
    Baking Powder
  • 31g
    Granulated Sugar
  • 127g
  • 57g
  • 269g
    Heavy Cream
  • 61g
    Dried Raspberries
  • 73g
    10K Chocolate Chips
  1. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together.
  2. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients so it is cut into pea size pieces
  3. Mix the dried fruit and chocolate chips into the dry mixture
  4. Combine the heavy cream and eggs and gently fold into the dry mixture until it just comes together.
  5. Roll the dough to be 1” thick and cut into triangles. Egg wash and bake at 370 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.Once the scones have been removed from the oven and cooled, drizzle with Van Leer Shine Compound Coatings as desired
