This 90-minute course will provide you with a foundational education in cocoa and related applications, including:

- Cocoa Product Training
- Cocoa Functionality in Various Applications
- Cocoa Sustainability
Each session will focus on one of three main applications: beverage, ice cream, or bakery. Attendees will receive a tasting kit with multiple applications, maintaining a hands-on element while learning virtually.
