Grand pom-pom
The beauty of dark chocolate is that its full-bodied cocoa taste pairs beautifully with an incredible amount of ingredients – in drinks especially. That notion brought World Champion Latte Art Peter Hernou to combine it with apple-pomegranate juice and a big gulp of Grand Marnier and to top the deliciously warm drink with a big dollop of whipped cream, pomegranate seeds and a handful of Dark Chocolate Blossoms. Tasting is believing, as with all of Peter Hernou’s creative beverage recipes!

                      Prepare freshly whipped cream.  |

                      Fill half a pitcher with apple-pomegranate juice. Add the chocolate and Grand Marnier, and steam up to ± 72°C. Pour in a glass.  |

                      Top with whipped cream, and decorate with a few pomegranate seeds and Chocolate Blossoms.  |
