Commitment from the top
Our D&I Council governs our progress against our D&I targets. It is composed of nine senior Barry Callebaut executives - half members of the Executive Committee, half Vice Presidents or Managing Directors - meets twice a year.
Every Region and Corporate Function has appointed a D&I Champion whose role is to translate the Group strategy into specific action plans - a network of credible business leaders who are committed to driving change.
Every year on March 9, we all come together for our #oneBC Day to celebrate diversity and inclusion - a goose-bump moment in our annual calendar.
We are a proud partner of LEAD Network, a 14,000+ member strong community of professionals across the European consumer goods and retail industry united by the goal to create a more diverse work environment where everyone can develop their full potential and grow.
Inclusion skills training
Inclusion starts with I. We are cascading a tailored Inclusion Skills training across our company - to give everybody the skills to be inclusive every day.
