I Sundae sono un altro dessert famosissimo. Mi hanno ispirato a creare una versione grezza, ribelle ma lussuosa utilizzando la tazzina a bocciolo di tulipano Mona Lisa.
Come si crea
  • Preparare i macaron dorati: immergete una metà nel cioccolato fondente e subito nei Blossom al cioccolato a contrasto.  Lasciar riposare su carta forno.
  • Sistemare nelle tazzine a bocciolo di tulipano color pastello marezzato una pallina di gelato a scelta.
  • Terminare con salsa al cioccolato e una manciata di Marzipan Crunch.
  • Decorare con il macaron e una matita di cioccolato a scelta.
