Mischiare.

  • 40g
    acqua
  • 150g
    zucchero
  • 55g
    albume

Preparare una meringa italiana.

 

Unire i due composti utilizzando la tecnica per realizzare un macaron.

Dressare il macaron. Decorare con nibs. Cuocere in forno a 165° per 13 minuti. Farcire il macaron con una farcitura fondente.
