Rolf Mürner

Rolf Mürner is an experienced confectioner and runs his own company, Swiss Pastry Design. In 2007, he won the Pastry World Cup, and in 2008 came third in the Pastry Olympics. His first publication, Mürner 1, was voted the world’s best book of desserts in 2010. In 2013, the sequel, Mürner Level, was published. Many of Rolf’s books have won awards.
