Organic Chocolate

In our organic chocolate range, you will find dark, milk and white chocolate. These flavors are available in either melting chocolate or inclusions like chips or baking sticks. All of our products are organically farmed and free from fertilizers and pesticides. They are all natural and simple products with cocoa, fruity and dairy aromatic notes, which lead to great taste.

Organic nuts from La Morella Nuts

We offer a whole range of organically farmed nuts that are grown in Spain under the Mediterranean sun. No pesticides or fertilizers are used to cultivate them. Our organic range consists of hazelnuts, pistachios and almonds in different forms such as caramelized nuts and nut paste. We deshell nuts right before roasting them to preserve their authentic flavors, only to be unleashed in your creations.

Organic Cocoa Powders

After 180 years of passion and dedication, our iconic brand Bensdorp is now considered a true master of Truly Refined Cocoa Powder. Bensdorp covers the broadest range of color and flavor in a unique sensory experience. Our organic cocoa powders are available as both natural cocoa powders and dutched cocoa powders. Their fat contents differ and result in a delicious organic indulgence when used to produce other products.

Swiss Dark Chocolate Swiss for Molding

Swiss made chocolate perfect for molding, enrobing and hollow figures. This chocolate is made with only Swiss milk and sugar and has a low cocoa intensity.

Organic nut products

Organic hazelnut crocant 50/50 2-4mm

Crunchy mix of small Spanish organic hazelnut pieces and organic caramelized sugar for the perfect balance of sweet and crunchy. Medium roasting brings out a delicately toasted, fresh hazelnut taste. In some markets, crocants are better known as ‘bresilienne’, 'pralin' or "praliné pieces". For this product, we only use premium quality Spanish organic hazelnuts.

Organic blanched almond sablage 2-4mm

Chopped blanched organic almonds with a thin, crispy layer of organic caramelized sugar. Stripped off their skin and medium roasted, freshly-cracked Spanish organic almonds disclose a mild, fresh almond taste and subtle roasted flavors. Deliciously sweet & crunchy!

Organic chopped hazelnut sablage 2-4mm

Chopped Spanish organic hazelnuts with a thin, crispy layer of caramelized sugar. Just-in-time cracking and medium roasting bring out a fresh nut taste, with light toasted flavors and a warm golden brown color. Deliciously sweet & crunchy!

Organic natural cocoa powder. This fat reduced cocoa powder is made out of carefully selected premium Santo Domingo organic cocoa beans. It comes in a combination of light brown color and delicious liquorish yellow fruits flavor.
