As a result of the exceptional circumstances due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2019/20 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Barry Callebaut AG cannot take place in the usual format. Protecting the health of our shareholders and employees is our number one priority. Barry Callebaut has therefore decided that voting rights can only be exercised electronically or in writing. It will not be possible to physically participate in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. For information on how to issue your voting instructions, please refer to the remarks in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Barry Callebaut AG which will be sent out to the shareholders in November 2020.
