NUT PRODUCT – STROMBOLI – PAIL 3KG

This baking mixture has a minimum nut content of 30% and is designed for hazelnut macaroons, hazelnut bases and hazelnut sponge. It is suitable for whipping, bake-stable and freeze-stable, ensuring quick and easy preparation. Each 3 kg bucket yields approximately 3.65 kg dough, making around 73 hazelnut macaroons of 50 g each. Combine the contents of the 3kg pail with 650g of cold water and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes on speed setting 2. Pipe onto baking paper with a nozzle and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Baking temperature: 200°C.
