Pioneering brands launching ruby chocolate in 2018 & 2019

Since its launch in 2017, ruby chocolate has been a breakthrough innovation for many brands around the world, both by consumer and artisanal brands, including Prestat, Baci Perugina, KitKat, Leonidas and Fazer.

At this year’s ISM, the world’s largest trade fair for sweets and snacks, eleven brands announced the introduction of Ruby chocolate in their products.
