Barry Callebaut today launches a bond buyback tender on its outstanding EUR denominated bonds to further improve its funding cost structure.

The tender offer is for the Group’s outstanding Senior Guaranteed Notes issued by Barry Callebaut Services NV:

  • EUR 900 million, due 2028 (ISIN: BE6360448615)
  • EUR 700 million, due 2029 (ISIN: BE6352800765)
  • EUR 850 million, due 2031 (ISIN: BE6360449621)
