    Brood toast

Snij ronde vormpjes uit (4 cm diameter). Toast deze in een pan.

  • 350g
    kaviaar
  • 100g
    CHR-Q37RB2

Snij ronde vormpjes uit (3 cm diameter). Laat rusten in de koelkast aan 4°C.

Kristalliseer. Maak een laag van 2 mm dik. Snij rondjes uit met een diameter van 4cm. Laat rusten in de koelkast aan 12°C
Strooi er gekristalliseerde ruby rotsjes over.
