    kleur voedingssupplement

Meng.

  • 40g
    Water
  • 150g
    suiker
  • 55g
    eiwit

Maak een Italiaanse meringue.

Doe beide mengsels bij elkaar.
Gebruik de macarontechniek om rijtjes macaron te spuiten op een met bakpapier bedekte bakplaat of Silpat-matje.
Besprenkel zachtjes met Callebaut Cocoa Nibs NIBS-S502-X47.
 

Bak gedurende 13 minuten op 165°C.
Kleef 2 macaronhelften samen met Callebaut Crema 811 FMD-P1336-651.
