TOAST ROQUEFORT & RUBY

ingrediënten bereiding
  • 400g
    Brood toast

Snij ronde vormpjes uit (4 cm diameter). Toast deze in een pan.

  • 100g
    CHR-Q37RB2

Kristalliseer. Giet in een laag van 2 mm dik. Snij ronde vormpjes uit (4 cm diameter). Laat rusten in de ijskast aan 12°C.

  • 500g
    Roquefort kaas

Decoreer.

Eens de chocolade opgesteven is,  mogen de schijven op kamertemperatuur bewaard worden. Rasp er een beetje van over de toast.
