ingrediënten bereiding

    water
  • 4g
    gelatine in poedervorm

Voeg de gelatinepoeder en het water bij elkaar. Meng daarna samen met alle bovenstaande mengsels.

  • 446g
    slagroom

Klop de slagroom lobbig. Voeg dit toe aan het vorige mengsel wanneer de temperatuur 35°C bedraagt.
