According to our study, 60% of global consumers said that rare, unique or even crazy flavors are a way that chocolate confectionery products can be made more exciting.3
Moreover, 23% of global consumers say that while they choose food and beverages they are influenced by flavors that bring sensory excitement while 26% are influenced by new/unique/different flavors and 22% are influenced by interesting/exotic flavor combinations.4
