Consumers are looking for experiences

Consumers are becoming more demanding and experimental. They are seeking products that go further than their expectations, that deliver unexpected benefits. Catch the attention of the consumers by upgrading with superior taste, quality and multisensoriality.

According to FMCG Gurus, 74% of global consumers like food and drink products with unusual/exotic flavors and half of them like food and drink products with unusual/exotic textures. Additionally, 73% declared that the reason behind their love for unusual/exotic textures is due to their craving for experimental food and drink products.1 Furthermore, according to our own proprietary study, 70% of global consumers would like to try new and exciting product experiences.2

Moreover, 23% of global consumers say that while they choose food and beverages they are influenced by flavors that bring sensory excitement while 26% are influenced by new/unique/different flavors and 22% are influenced by interesting/exotic flavor combinations.4
