When it comes to fat-based confectionery fillings, one of the key aspects to master is texture. Thanks to our fat expertise and product know-how, we developed a range with 4 different textures:
- Classic Firm Fillings: softer than chocolate around them, these fillings are the easiest to work with.
- Fast-melting Fillings: also known as truffle fillings, they bring extra indulgence as they melt faster than the surrounding chocolate, and have a boosted flavor release.
- Soft & Creamy Fillings: creamy as a spread, they have a rich, creamy mouthfeel which, contrasting with the chocolate texture, allows for the most luscious experiences.
- Aeratable Fillings: with a fluffy texture similar to a foam, as if you would be eating a cloud.
