Ingredients

    VM-54621-V99
  • 20ml
    eau chaude
  • 180ml
    Pea milk
  • 3g
    Poudre de Matcha

1. Heat the Van Houten Ground ruby Chocolate and the water to 60°C. WARNING: Do not exceed 72°C.
2. Mix and steam the pea milk and the Japanese matcha powder to 60°C. Add to the ruby mix.
