Creating impact in cocoa farming communities
The Foundation keeps working on driving positive change and creating impact in cocoa growing communities focusing on its three pillars.
1 | Productivity to enable cocoa farmers to prosper
By providing individual coaching, innovative farm services and non-cocoa income diversification opportunities. As part of the new pre-harvest approach, farmers benefited from external labor support and subsidized soil inputs to help increase their yields.

2 | Community to protect children and human rights
By applying a risk-based approach to prioritize and deploy child protection interventions where it’s needed the most, by embedding increased due diligence across origins and strengthening the community-centric approach.
3 | Environment to preserve the planet
By putting a stronger focus on agroforestry supporting more farmers with a clear diagnosis, coaching, payments for ecosystem services and driving activities toward decarbonization.
