Fundir.

  • 1g
    canela en polvo
  • 80g
    speculoos triturados
  • Q.S.
    CEF-CC-CARAM

Triturar y pre-cristalizar a 28°C.

Espolvorear los trozos de speculoos y los Crispearls Callebaut® de Caramelo salado CEF-CC-CARAME0-W97 en el molde de la tableta. 
Verter la mezcla encima. Golpear bien para evitar la formación de burbujas de aire.
Dejar cristalizar en la nevera durante unas horas a 14-18°C. 
Desmoldar las tabletas y decorar con hojas de oro.
