As part of its commitment to sustainability, Barry Callebaut, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality cocoa and chocolate products, has designed a Sustainability Bond Framework under which Barry Callebaut can issue Sustainability Bonds and/or Schuldscheindarlehen (SSD) .
This document acts as a framework for what projects are eligible under the use of proceeds, how they are selected, the management of proceeds and reporting. Sustainalytics, a provider of environmental, social and governance (ESG) research and analysis, have provided a second party opinion on Barry Callebaut's Sustainability Bond Framework.
