Make a paste with the hot water and matcha powder. 3. Put the ice cubes in a glass. Fill half the glass with the ruby mix. 4. Add a layer of matcha paste and finish with the rest of the ruby mix. Sprinkle Van Houten Ground ruby Chocolate on top.
