For the Almond Coconut Edible Cookie Dough

  1. Cream together the butter, sugars and salts.
  2. Mix in the flour and vanilla until just combined.
  3. Add in the inclusions and mix until just combined.
  4. Spread evenly into two 4.5 mm thick plastic frames.
  5. Freeze dough.

  1. Place two 11 mm thick plastic frames on top of one frame of edible cookie dough.
  2. Remove the frame from the other sheet of edible cookie dough and set aside.
  3. Mix the inclusions into the vanilla ice cream.
  4. Spread the vanilla ice cream into the two 11 mm frames and place the spare sheet of edible cookie dough on top. Freeze solid and then cut.
