Iced White Chocolate with Strawberry Swirl

The smooth blend of Callebaut W2 and sweet strawberry purée makes a chilled drink that can be offered year-round, but particularly during the warmer summer months. For a premium finish, this drink can be topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with Callebaut Mona Lisa Crispearls and Blossoms.

Iced White Chocolate with Strawberry Swirl

  • 35g
    W2NV
  • 50g
    strawberry puree
  • 200ml
    semi-skimmed milk
  • 50g
    vanilla ice cream
  • g
    CHW-BS-13940

Melt the chocolate together with 50g of milk and mix until smooth
In a food processor blitz the strawberry puree and chocolate milk mix together
Pour the mix over ice and top with the vanilla ice cream shaped into a ball
Decorate with as many Mona Lisa white blossoms as you wish!
