Carole Le Meur, CHRO, to leave Barry Callebaut

Carole Le Meur, Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee, has decided to leave Barry Callebaut as per September 9, 2018 to attend a Senior Executive Program at a prime US University in the next months, before pursuing her career further.

Antoine de Saint-Affrique, CEO of the Barry Callebaut Group, said: “Also on behalf of the Board of Directors I would like to thank Carole Le Meur for her key contribution over the last two and a half years. Under her leadership, Human Resources has grown and transformed to become a full part of Barry Callebaut’s strategic agenda. Carole has built a solid foundation for HR in the areas of talent, reward, culture and diversity, which will take an important place in supporting our longer-term business strategy.”

Carole Le Meur’s succession will be announced in due course.
