Hazelnut Flavouring Paste - Noisor

Fat-based paste, made from the finest hazelnut patisserie mixture. Intense flavour. Natural brown colour. With non-hydrogenated fats. Use 60–100g per kg of mixture. For flavouring couvertures, glazings, ganaches, creams, fillings, ice creams, batter and doughs. Tip: Especially suitable for flavouring buttercream.
