FRUIT FILLING – STRUDELPOM – BAG 1.6KG

An apple filling with 61.5% fruit content. Ready-to-use, spreadable, freeze-stable and bake-stable. Contains dried apple pieces and spices. Filling for strudel, apple pie, apple jalousie, Danish pastries, tortes, and cakes. When pureed, it makes a great addition to mousse and cream fillings. Mix pouch with 3 l of warm water (approximately 40°C) and leave to soak for around 2 hours. If using cold water, leave overnight.
