Made without preservatives. Use shortly after opening. Great for gelling fruit. Mix 1 kg of gel concentrate with 500 g of water and briefly bring to the boil. Apply with a brush or spray gun. The ideal working temperature is 85–90 °C.

APRICOT GLAZING GEL, WHITE – QUICK GLASUR – PAIL 12.5KG

This white glaze with apricot flavor is designed for pastries and confectionery. It is ready to use, suitable for brushing, with a firm texture and freeze-stable performance. It provides even coverage when used hot or cold and creates an attractive shiny finish. Apply directly with a brush onto warm pastry or heat to approx. 80 °C. For spray gun use, add 10% water and work at approx. 80 °C.
