Barbara Richmond

Barbara Richmond joined the Board of Barry Callebaut in 2024. She brings a wealth of financial and strategic expertise, which she gained in her career as CFO of several companies. She currently serves as CFO of Redrow, a major UK home construction company, and as Group Integration and Synergies Director of Barratt Redrow. 

Barbara Richmond has extensive Board experience, including her role on the Board of Lonza Group, a global leader in healthcare manufacturing from Switzerland, where she also chairs the Audit and Compliance Committee.
