Speculoos Hot Chocolate
The 811 dark chocolate makes a really indulgent hot chocolate and it pairs beautifully with the lotus biscuit.

Hot Chocolate

Place the milk into the stainless steel jug add in the lotus biscuit and 811 dark chocolate. |
Steam to 70c. |

|
Pour into a glass, top with vegan whipped cream. |

Decorate with the dark blossoms and lotus biscuits. |
