To meet our growth objectives and to lead in innovation, we need to continue to attract and develop talented people. For promising young professionals who are a key source of our success, we offer a management development program fittingly called the “Source” Program.
The program is designed to broaden young employees’ business insights and improve personal effectiveness. The most recent Source program was run under the new motto “personal effectiveness”. The session took place at Marbach in January 2012.
A truly international group of career starters from Asia, Americas, Africa & Europe met to better understand their behavior and preferences, become more aware of their strengths, learn how to perform to be successful at BC and prepare for their career. Other highlights included self-branding tools, as well as insights into key business areas in Head Office.
