Application Support Analyst Forecast-to-Stock

Principal role and responsibilities will include:

• Analyse all assignments regarding Logistics and Production processes
• Resolve and test assignments within Logistics and Production, coordinating with the ABAP pool for developments
• Monitor interfaces/batches – analysing issues and dispatching to the relevant teams
• Ensure assignments get resolved within the agreed timeline
• Defends “global Template Solution” (process/system) where appropriate
• Work with people from remote locations/regions (internal/external)

The following competency profile will be the basis to ensure a smooth handling of these positions’ responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in (applied) Economics, Commercial Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
• 3 - 8 years experience within application maintenance or application support
• You also have a wide interest and knowledge of Logistics and Production processes.
• Strong knowledge of PP, WM, QM, APO in SAP, and/or of the solution delivered by OM Partners is a strong asset
• Analytical mind, structured and attention to detail makes you an ideal candidate
• Excellent communicator and team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude.
