The program
Yourfuture@BC is a two-year program designed to prepare you for a future career in a leading global company. The program is divided into four assignments offering you the possibility to work abroad and in several positions.
Each rotation will challenge you to deliver your best and will also allow you to broaden your expertise by learning how the different functions of Barry Callebaut work together. We expect you to develop a business outlook that encompasses multiple functions and perspectives.

Yourfuture@BC offers you excellent development opportunities. In addition to frequent training you will receive regular feedback on your performance. To help you develop your strengths and start building Yourfuture@BC a coach and a mentor will be assigned to you throughout the program.
Do you see your Yourfuture@BC?
- Are you fluent in English and in a second language?
- Do you have an international outlook and preferably prior international experience?
- Do you have prior work experience (such as an internship)?
- Are you a recent graduate (max. 6 months) from a university or an equivalent institution, preferably with a master’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Engineering or Food Engineering?
- Do you have an excellent academic record?
- Do you have outstanding interpersonal skills, a good awareness of your strengths, a real desire to develop other capabilities and a good sense of humor?
- Are you ready to strive for results, to learn quickly and to improve your understanding of organizational structures through first-hand experience?
We do not recruit on a continual basis and do not accept applications for this year's program any longer. You will be able to apply for the 2009 program as of Spring 2009.
