Chocolate clafoutis with mango


80 g extra bitter chocolate
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
pinch of salt
100 g granulated sugar
50 g powdered almonds
250 g cream
15 g flour
300 g fruit of ripe mangoes (cut coarsely)


Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Beat the eggs and egg yolks together with the salt, sugar, powdered almonds and the cream. Add the melted chocolate and mix carefully. Then beat the sieved flour into the mixture. Divide the mango into aluminium baking dishes and pour the mixture on top. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.
