Chocolate muffin


250 g dark chocolate
250 g butter
250 g sugar
30 g corn flour
4 eggs


Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and mix with the melted butter. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add to the chocolate mixture, stirring well. Fold the sieved corn flour into the mixture with a spatula. Fill small, greased cake papers or small oven tins. Bake for 30 minutes at 170°C.
