It is integral that our employees have the space and the tools to develop into professionals we can be proud of. From the first moment a potential employee comes in contact with Barry Callebaut at a recruiting fair or through a job advertisement, to the various training and development programs we offer our colleagues, right through succession planning and retirement – employees remain at the center of our focus. We aim to attract top talent, while doing our best to retain the best people. Our long-term goal is to fill 70% of our key positions with internal talent, and we are well on our way to achieving that goal.
