Combining nature’s best
Barry Callebaut’s ten new “White Chocolates & Real Fruit” contain no artificial coloring or flavoring. The healthy, fresh taste stems from real fruit powder, made from natural fruit juice concentrate. In fact, the real fruit powders used to refine the white chocolate, contain an even higher concentration of minerals and vitamins than fresh fruit.
For instance, a 100-gram serving of “White Chocolate and Strawberry” contains 6 gram strawberry powder, which is the equivalent to more than 37 gram of real strawberries. Other fruits, for example bilberry, cranberry, elderberry, lime and grape skin, are also renowned for their anti-oxidant, health-enhancing properties.
