The dividend proposed by the Board of Directors is made public with the announcement of the Full Year results. This amount is then subject to shareholder approval in the Annual General Meeting which takes place each year around December. The amount of the last dividend was CHF 15.50 per share, it was paid out on March 1, 2012.
