Functie

  • You are responsible for the management of a number of data applications within the corporate master data department. Examples are the product technical sheet, new product introduction process tools or the label printing application.
  • This means that you lead a team of people who:
    • Evaluate requests for changes to the applications ensuring worldwide consistency.
    • Manage the implementation of changes together with the Information Management department, including functional design and testing.
    • Ensure all relevant documentation is up-to-date.
    • Dvelop and deliver training and provide support on the application(s).
    • Analyse all available data in order to prepare managerial reports.
  • Additionally, you are leading master data related projects, to optimize and standardize business processes or implement applications in new plants.

  • You report to the Corporate Director Master Data, who is responsible for master data worldwide.

Profiel

  • You have a master degree and a first experience in people management.
  • An outspoken interest in data management, in conceptual application development and in the food industry is essential.
  • Your analytical skills, open mindset and result-oriented approach enable you to take the right decisions and to influence others.
  • You’re a team player with excellent communication skills, stress resistant and pro-active.
  • You’re able to set the right priorities under tight timelines.
  • You have relevant project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL and/or SAP is an extra asset.
  • You’re willing to travel occasionally.
