Senior SAP Business Analyst Master Data Management

Principal role and responsibilities will include:

• Works independently on business processes and application solutions within master data and data governance as part of the application delivery team
• Detailed design, build/configuration, testing, data design & coach/supervise data preparation by business users, training planning & execution, conversion planning & execution, go-live support
• Perform fit/gap analysis in a master data process area
• Contributes to defending the global SAP template for any new implementation (M&A, Greenfields, existing operations not integrated yet).
• Coordinate with resources from multiple Competence Centers in various locations and regions
• Perform design sessions on master data topics for improvements and new functionality being introduced to this business
• Support application maintenance and provide inputs for Fit/Gap IM/business governance, to safeguard the global master data standards and template.
• Coach and mentor Junior Business Analysts on projects.

The following competency profile will be the basis to ensure a smooth handling of these positions’ responsibilities:

• University degree in (applied) Economics, Commercial Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
• 4 – 9 years experience and good knowledge in SAP
• You also have a wide interest and knowledge of master data and data governance
• Analytical mind, structured and attention to detail makes you an ideal candidate
• Excellent communicator and team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel to foreign countries is required during projects
