Recruitment Process for Yourfuture@BC
The recruitment process is the same for all Graduate Trainee positions starting in September.
As of December, you can upload your CV, motivation/cover letter and certificates/diplomas on our website. Once your online application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming the receipt. If you are applying for a specific continent, please be sure you hold a valid work permit.
The application process closes at the end of February. After that, no more applications will be accepted.
Your application will be reviewed by Barry Callebaut HR professionals. Should your application meet our requirements, you will be invited for a first telephone interview. As a next step, we will conduct personal interviews in the country where you will be employed or closest to your current home.
