Source program

To meet our growth objectives and to lead in innovation, we need to continue to attract and develop talented people. For promising young professionals who are a key "source" of our success, we offer a management development program called Source. The program is designed to broaden business insight and improve personal effectiveness.

Early-career Barry Callebaut colleagues from 8 countries met early in 2010 at our Marbach development center for the first of 2 Source sessions. The group formed 3 teams who will work on a special business-related project. At the conclusion of the first session, the teams presented their project plans to Stefan Kopainsky, himself a Source program veteran, who is currently leading the strategic "Commercial Excellence" project at Barry Callebaut. The teams will present the results of their project work during the second Source session in May 2010.
